By using CDS technology our customer has been able to implement assembly and control platforms with a production rate of 120 pcs/min and a high level of reliability.
The mechanical core of the system is based on Precision Linear Conveyors TL150, Indexed Driver Units IGA125, Indexed Rotary Tables IT150, Epicycloidal Gearboxes CR, Robot Pick&Places MCR075, all driven by servomotors, combining the mechanical accuracy and reliability of CDS products with the flexibility required from the actual production processes.
