The new Miniflow Mickey Edition is the result of a combination of technology and innovation, a compact machine with a unique design.

Sturdy and cantilevered structure, it can be equipped with numerous accessories such as No Product / No Bag, No Gap / No Seal and many others among which the new IWC (Integrated water cooling system) stands out for its design and reliability. Specially designed for the packaging of delicate items such as chocolate and the like, which would be damaged by the hot temperature during sealing, it completely avoids the chocolate melting.

Included in the price of the machine you will find  a  photocell for the centering  of the printed film and a motorized brush to minimize the air inside the product, thus obtaining a compact  and elegant package!

Intuitive and easy to use HMI menus, reduced format changeover times, easy interfacing activities with any upstream equipment, solid construction and uncompromising quality for material and components make any DM flowpack a valuable resource to highlight your every product.

The machine holds a 400 mm reel and can pack up to 100 pcs per minute. It is a completely electronic machine, controlled by 3 brushless motors and a latest generation 7 ” touch screen, thanks to which it is possible to save up to 99 packaging recipes. Of course it is possible to equip the packaging machine with a thermal transfer printer for batch and expiry date.
