Boxes consist of three parts: flat folded sidewalls, bottom and lid. • Raw material: 6 mm plywood 5 layers • Four coated metal corners (hinges) mm . 55x0,4 with antirust treatment fixed into plywood • Two coated profiles (frames) mm. 50x0,7 beading and antirust treatment fixed all around perimeter of plywood • Metal tongues thickness mm.0,7 to fix easily bottom and lid to the sidewalls • Conventional marking with: double arrows, glass umbrella, net weight and gross weight
