Electro-pneumatic systems designed ad hoc, with an upper warehouse of adequate height for a correct autonomy with an holding system and a synchronized release of the trays.
The gripping takes place by means of suction cups that get the tray and deposit it on the conveying system possibly assisted by a mechanical group with small teeth and dents.
They can be interfaced with the rest of the production line (dosing, packaging, etc..) for correct cycling and for the management of the consent, start and stop signals.
If necessary, they can manage different tray or pack sizes with the approval of Ennegi’s technical office.
