Filling monoblock MR has a solid frame in stainless steel AISI 304, placed on adjustable feet made of high resistance material. Safety protections with plexiglas panels made according to the EC regulations, with opening control on the doors. The mobile guards are equipped with safety microswitches which intervene at each opening, by activating an emergency stop.

Conveyor belt with frame made in stainless steel, chain in acetalic material and adjustable side rails. Container stoppers controlled by pneumatic cylinders, group mounted on adjustable rails for a quick format change.

This modul can integrate the most suitable dosying system depending on product, container and required output: volumetric dosers (both pneumatic or electronic), mass or magnetic flowmeters, load cells for dosing by weight.

Shut-off nozzles, anti-drop and cut-thread for a clean dosing.

Number of nozzles depends on the required output, from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 8-10 (possibly housed on a double bank). The nozzle castle-latch for up&down movement is pneumatic, height adjustable by wheel; for the most difficult products or the foamy ones, it is proposed in electronic version, with the sled driven by a brushless motor so that nozzle can dive and reach the container bottom, that means that you can dose from bottom while raising in a controlled way.
