The volumetric dosers exploit the typical characteristic of incompressibility of liquids and accurately measure the volume of the product, to dispense it through an outlet nozzle. The volume is constant with each pump stroke. These dosers are therefore ideal for dosing liquid and dense products and are used in all sectors: food, cosmetics, chemicals and pharmaceuticals. 

In the volumetric electronic dosing unit Mod. E, the cylinder is driven by a brushless motor with a balls recycle screw. Volume of dose, delivery speed and suction speed are finely adjustable from touch screen panel.

The TBPS dosing head mounted on the E dosing machine is a ball shutter valve, actuated, particularly suitable for dosing liquid, dense, semi-dense and pasty products, possibly also with pieces. To facilitate cleaning operations, the head is equipped with an inlet and an outlet, closed by caps, to which a hose connector and a hose for the passage (and consequent discharge) of the washing water can be applied. For more viscous products, the lenticular version is also available: this head is without sharp edges inside, to avoid stagnation of products (recommended for the food sector).

The dosing machine can also be equipped with heating systems of the dosing part and / or of the product loading hopper and of an agitator in the hopper.

These dosing units can be integrated on automatic lines and packaging machines, both with the single-cylinder and with the multi-cylinder version or with horizontal or vertical dosing units.
