Semi-automatic machine with pneumatic operation suitable for filling and capping doypack-type flexible bags (with spout already welded) with liquid and / or semi-dense products by means of a Doselite volumetric dosing pump and to close the same with a plastic cap format screw. All parts in contact with the product are made of 316L stainless steel and suitable for contact with food, cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceutical products. The cap is tightened by a pneumatic motor with torque regulation.

This volumetric dosing unit is capable of filling even viscous products containing particles or soft fibers of suspended product and is also suitable for hot filling (100 ° C).

 OPERATION

The operator manually positions the flexible bag inside the stainless steel fork. The dose of product to be dispensed through the volumetric dispenser is determined by the stainless steel handwheel positioned under the work station. Both the suction speed and the dosage speed of the product are also adjustable, according to the specific needs of the user and the product to be dosed.

By manually moving the lever, the filling valve goes into the working position; the operator starts the bag filling cycle by simply pressing a black button, placed on the side of the base.

At the end of the filling cycle, the machine can inject nitrogen or other inert gas into the bag to increase the shelf life of the product and to safeguard its organoleptic characteristics.

The nitrogen injection time and nitrogen flow rate are adjustable both through a pressure regulator and through a pneumatic delay.

Subsequently, the operator manually places the cap on the spout and positions the closing head in the capping position. By lowering the lever again and simultaneously pressing the black side start button, the cap is tightened on the neck of the bag.

The torque on the capsule is also adjustable.
