Flash pasteurizers are designed to preserve the characteristics of the liquids, through the inactivation of existing microorganisms and enzymes naturally present in the product, or added during its processing.

They can be of various types and, in particular, plate flash pasteurizers are in stainless steel AISI 316 or titanium, available in various sizes and models, including the free-flow type.

In particular the tubular pasteurizes are in stainless steel AISI 304 or 316, polished.
