Our carbonation systems permit to add CO2 (carbon dioxide) to all the liquids that aim to become sparkling beverages. In order to optimize the aggregation of CO2, these plants are composed by heat exchangers for cooling the processable product.

Premix units are designed to assure carbonated soft beverages and non-carbonated soft beverages preparation by process water deaeration, mixing with aromatized syrup and carbonation with CO2 injection.

Premix are built with monoblock compact configuration, and are all equipped with PLC for working recipes selection.

On-line CO2 & Brix degree control upon request.

Carbonators are machines designed to obtain a high quality sparkling beverage, thanks to the precise dosage of CO2 in line.

Each equipment is compact and mounted on a frame easy to move; it is customizable depending on the necessities, and it is always combinable to a CIP plant.
