Safe labeling

Intrinsically safe is the best way to describe the AP182: protected by an aluminum cabin, it prints and applies labels on three contiguous sides of the pallet in hostile production environments and at extreme temperatures, without protective barriers. Its design and mounting not only protect the printer from dust but, at the same time, ensure maximum safety for the operator.

Flexible labeling

Meeting GS1 logistics requirements, the AP182 applies A5 format labels with extreme precision. The AP182 can apply labels on up to three sides of a pallet, and, thanks to the rotation of the Tamp-Pad up to 180º, the application can take place in different positions. The labels can be applied both horizontally and vertically. The flexibility of the applicator allows you to reach even the smallest and least accessible spaces of the pallets.

Thanks to the stepper motors, the electric movements are more precise, controllable, and, thanks to the low torque, safer, reducing the costs associated with compressed air.
