Water, detergent and compressed air spray nozzles for washing and drying the passage belts, which are selected for the peculiarities of the product (stickiness, irregular dimensions and shape), equipped with variable speed and scrapers and guides for the passage from one to the other. Cooling system with 2 coils, each with independent glycol supply kit and automatically defrosted in sequence, air flow conveyors and openable fans (residence time 18-35 minutes at 0-2°C). General electrical panel in the attic of the plant, with touch screen on the console installed next to the cooler to facilitate management by the operator.
