Capping monoblock MTR has an AISI 304 stainless steel structure, positioned on height-adjustable feet made of high-strength material. The safety guards are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with plexiglass mirrors and made according to EC regulations. The machine is equipped with perimeter protections in order to make dangerous areas inaccessible. The mobile guards are equipped with safety microswitches which intervene at each opening, by activating an emergency stop.
All the devices arranged for the transfer and handling of the bottles are made of HD polyethylene to ensure minimum wear and minimum noise. The containers are handled with a conveyor star with continuous motion. The number of capping turrets depends on the required output (3, 4 up to 8 heads) The module can be adapted to various cap formats: magnetic friction head with adjustable torque for screw and twist-off caps, pressure closure system or arm closure head for ropp caps. Cap positioning by means of a pick & place device. The cap is fed automatically by means of a mechanical loader positioned above the capping turrets or on an external bench, the cap is then transferred to the pick & place via a descent channel or an air channel. The loader is automatically fed by means of a cap elevator, by filling its hopper on the ground. The electronic equipment is controlled by PLC with inverter on all motors. HMI with control panel and "touch screen".
